An everyday man takes his manhood seriously and works on it. Everyday Men are busy studying and growing as a family man giving his kids a better life forward, and as a leader giving his community a better life forward. He connects with other men in the same journey. H.E.R.O.E.S - Everyday Men find answers for mistakes and finds a joy in fathering. Everyday men face trouble. That is part of the job.  They find a way and find joy.

 H.E.R.O.E.S - Everyday Men grow with determination and devotion and hopefulness. They are aware and involved and engaged. H.E.R.O.E.S - Everyday Men protect and provide and are responsible. They are approachable and listening and open. H.E.R.O.E.S - Everyday Men encourage by supporting women and children, connecting with other men, and being a spiritual equipper. Everyday men are H.E.R.O.E.S  Hopeful, Engaged, Responsible, Open, Encouraging, and Supportive. Let's be Everyday Men together.

When each of us studies and seriously thinks through being a man, a dad, and a contributor and leader, our joy grows, kids get a better life forward, mom has it easier, and we find friends just like us. Everyone gets a better chance.
