Our reach extends to state legislators alongside thousands of business, community, education, and congregational leaders. Individuals and families are reached daily through online and in person. Live training is held online and on your site by arrangement. Education, encouragement, and engagement are our mission. Healing individuals and families in fractured social settings is our charter. Lifelong Dads. Kids Need ‘em. The woundedness of generations can be healed and new generations seeded through moral integrity, personal responsibility, and community accountability.

He has done extensive training with the Beck Institute in Philadelphia in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and the Biblical Counseling Coalition in Chicago. He has held certifications from the National Instiute of Behavioral Health and Bridges Out of Poverty. Locally trained facilitators assist.

Beatriz Gomez, an active board member, serves as our Spanish coordinator. She holds a BS in Public Policy and is an accomplished business professional and entrepreneur. It is exciting to see the next steps we are able to provide in the Latino community across the U.S.
Director of Volunteer Opporutnities: Rhonda Mitchell
Rhonda is passionate about children in her community and those who are in need. She is a badged DOC volunteer, and has been for over 10 years. She is trained in Thinking for a Change with the DOC and has conducted several trainings. Other community endeavors include the following: She is the Founder of the Edwards Christian Leadership Academy, a faith-based after school program with Edwards Elementary School, focused on education, character building, and mentoring. Rhonda recruits and trains volunteers for “Leading Ladies for Healthy Babies,” a community initiative to heighten the awareness of infant mortality and its impact in the Northeast Oklahoma City community. Rhonda launched the “Summer READD +” (Reading, Empowerment, Activities, Development & Discovery plus Faith), an innovative pilot program for school-aged children in the Summer of 2018, where she recruited and trained volunteers, this program ended with the closure of Edwards Elementary school.
Academically, Rhonda has completed her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Rhonda has been married to Pastor Jeff Mitchell for more than 30 years. They have three children: Kelvin, Sharhonda, and Jerrod; and eight grandchildren: Kori, Ladd, Kamron, Kelissa, Kolby, Kingston, Kelvin and Kai. After her personal relationship with the LORD, Rhonda finds her joy in her husband, family, friends and her puppy, Simba.

I have been in the marketing industry for years and I love the creative challenge and storytelling. I am quirky, fun, outgoing and I pride myself on being real. I have a heart for entrepreneurs and people who want to make the world a better place as well as love the people in it. I am the founder of Reynolds Media Marketing, a freelance social media marketing company, and RMM Small Business Academy, which teaches small businesses how to market themselves from their cell phones.
